ABOUT

Yoga is a therapeutic form of exercise that combines breath & movement to unite the body, mind and spirit.  Using a Vinyasa approach (a form of Hatha Yoga) we will gently flow to music from one pose to the next, under guided instruction to boost your physical and mental wellbeing. 

APPROACH

Through emphasis on the breath, you will learn how to shift out of your head and into your body, focusing on where you are in each given movement and how you respond.  Open to all levels. I look to create a calm, relaxing and accessible atmosphere and to make you more in tune with yourself.
